The Riviera Makarska stretches for 60 kilometers, from Vrulje bay to Bocina, and to the estuary of the Neretva river to the sea.  It is bounded with Biokovo mountain on the mainland, and with the Brac, Hvar and Neretva canals from the sea side. The riviera is covered with numerous bays, pebble beaches and villages, and it represents one of the most beautiful parts of the Croatian cost.
