The small town called Lovrečica is situated between the cape Lovrecica and the cape Malin. There had been a windmill here once. This area was inhabited in Roman times, the evidence of which are the numerous findings. In the year 1028 tzar Konrad the second assigned Lovrecica to Aquileian patriarch, and in 1037 he assigned it to tzar with the wish that he should give it as a gift to a poor bishopric. Since then Lovrecica has become the property of Novigrad bishops. In town there was a tower that bishop used on the occasion of church trials. The place was devastated by plague and malaria few times, which were alleviated. The old church was restaurated in 1877. The bell tower is separated from the church, and it was built in 1893. Today Lovrecica is a settlement with a little port and beautiful beaches with shallow sea, numerous gastronomy facilities in which travelers and guests can refresh themselves. North from Lovrecica, there is a motor camp called Finda and towards south there is a motor camp called Ladin gaj.
