Vinkuran is the place that is situated on the south-western part of Istria, near Pula. It is a small fishing place in which there are few stores and big restaurants. Vinkuran is surrounded by pine wood. You can reach Vincuran most easily accross Pula, swerving towards Prematura. There is a nice beach in the place, and you will find night life in Pula.
