Selo is situated at the north-eastern part of the island Lastovo. This is at the same time the biggest insular settlement. The place is interesting for the shape and construction of houses, the whole complexes and streets. The marvelous view onto the island Korcula and the small islands which are placed between them afford the unforgettable experience. In the place there are few small churches and chapels. The St,Mary church is placed on the edge of the field near the cemetery. On the main square there is St.Kuzma and Damian church. Near the count court there is St.John church. There is also a significant museum where old pictures, exhumed and dived out objects are kept.
